Job Summary
Collaborating with HR Business Partners and senior leaders, the full-time Compensation Manager will develop and implement global compensation strategies, analyze market trends, and provide actionable insights to support equitable pay practices in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct detailed market and internal analyses to benchmark salaries and develop compensation models
- Serve as a trusted advisor on compensation strategy and drive process improvements for employee experience
- Create insightful reports and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards in compensation practices
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in compensation analysis, preferably in a global or technology-driven environment
- Experience with Workday reporting, HCM, and Advanced Compensation modules
- Proven expertise in advanced data modeling techniques and proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Demonstrated track record of implementing operational efficiencies and process improvements
