Job Summary

Collaborating with HR Business Partners and senior leaders, the full-time Compensation Manager will develop and implement global compensation strategies, analyze market trends, and provide actionable insights to support equitable pay practices in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct detailed market and internal analyses to benchmark salaries and develop compensation models
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on compensation strategy and drive process improvements for employee experience
  • Create insightful reports and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards in compensation practices
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in compensation analysis, preferably in a global or technology-driven environment
  • Experience with Workday reporting, HCM, and Advanced Compensation modules
  • Proven expertise in advanced data modeling techniques and proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets
  • Demonstrated track record of implementing operational efficiencies and process improvements
