Job Summary

Leading a remote team, the full-time Manager, Core Compensation will design, implement, and manage compensation programs that align with the organization's talent strategy and business objectives, ensuring competitive and equitable pay structures.

Key responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a team to achieve department goals and enhance capabilities
  • Oversee enterprise compensation cycles, ensuring governance and alignment with performance outcomes
  • Utilize market intelligence and analytics to inform compensation strategies and executive decision-making
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of compensation experience, with at least 3 years in people management
  • Experience in designing compensation programs aligned with business goals and market data
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Microsoft applications, Workday, and Market Pay
  • Ability to present information effectively through virtual platforms to various stakeholders
