Job Summary

Managing day-to-day compensation operations, the full-time remote Compensation Manager will advise HR business partners and leadership on compensation policies, participate in the annual compensation cycle, and contribute to plan design projects.

Key responsibilities
  • Collaborate with HR business partners to understand business needs and advise on compensation policies
  • Participate in the design and communication of compensation programs that align with business strategy
  • Manage the year-end planning process and perform job evaluations for roles within the business
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of direct experience in broad-based compensation
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in manufacturing or consumer packaged goods (CPG) preferred
  • Strong project management and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
