Job Summary
Driving the transformation of compensation practices, the full-time remote Compensation Manager will lead the execution of a new compensation framework, manage daily compensation operations, and build strong cross-functional partnerships to ensure equitable and effective compensation strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the execution of the GFM Way of Compensation, including job architecture, salary structures, and market benchmarking
- Manage day-to-day compensation operations, including offer reviews, promotions, and salary recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and alignment of compensation programs with business objectives
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive compensation experience in a high-growth or technology environment
- Experience designing job architecture and career frameworks
- Strong expertise in market benchmarking using compensation data sources like Radford and Pave
- Experience building salary structures and conducting compensation modeling
- Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
