Compensation Manager

Job Summary

Leading the strategy and execution of global recognition programs, the full-time Compensation Manager will oversee the design and continuous improvement of incentive plans while managing day-to-day operations of the employee rewards platform in a hybrid work environment based in Beachwood, OH.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the strategy and design of global recognition programs, ensuring alignment with business priorities and the company's culture model
• Drive adoption and effectiveness of recognition initiatives through communications and tools for leaders and managers
• Manage the operations of the rewards platform, including program administration, financial reconciliations, and vendor coordination

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Total Rewards, Compensation, or HR, with exposure to compensation principles
• Must reside within a 50-mile radius of Beachwood, OH
• Eligibility to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship
• Demonstrated experience leading complex, enterprise-wide programs in a global environment
