Job Summary
Leading the strategy and execution of global recognition and incentive programs, the full-time salaried Compensation Manager will manage day-to-day operations of employee rewards, ensuring alignment with company culture and business objectives while working in a hybrid environment based in Beachwood, OH.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the design and continuous improvement of global recognition programs and variable pay plans, ensuring alignment with business priorities
- Manage the employee rewards platform, including program administration, financial reconciliations, and vendor coordination
- Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and IT to enhance recognition and rewards programs and support talent priorities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Total Rewards, Compensation, or HR
- Must reside within a 50-mile radius of Beachwood, OH
- Eligibility to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship
- Experience managing enterprise recognition platforms and incentive plans preferred
