Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compensation Manager to support compensation and benefits programs across Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the main point of contact for compensation policies and procedures within Europe
  • Lead market research and conduct reviews of the compensation framework, providing recommendations for compensation levels
  • Manage year-end compensation planning processes, including salary reviews and incentive calculations
Required Qualifications
  • Advanced education/degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, or a related field
  • 5-7 years of compensation experience in a medium-to-large global company
  • Strong knowledge of HR and compensation legislation and practices within Europe
  • Deep understanding of job architecture, grading, and benchmarking processes
  • Prior experience with a Human Capital Management System (HCMS); SAP preferred
