Supporting the operational infrastructure behind global variable compensation programs, the full-time remote Compensation Operations Manager will manage commission processes, policy implementation, and field support while ensuring accuracy and compliance across various teams.
Key responsibilities
- Administer compensation plans and oversee payout processes, ensuring efficient administration
- Design and maintain scalable compensation processes while managing field support for inquiries
- Execute compensation payout cycles and develop reporting to enhance visibility and accuracy
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in compensation operations, sales operations, or related fields
- Deep experience administering variable compensation programs at scale
- Strong experience with compensation systems and operational tooling
- Proven ability to build and improve scalable operational processes in high-growth environments
