Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compensation Partner.

Key Responsibilities:

Build strong relationships with various teams to support the design and implementation of global compensation programs
Participate in salary surveys, lead the Annual Compensation Review process, and maintain compensation data in HRIS
Partner with Finance and Legal teams, stay updated on legal and market topics, and lead compensation-related projects

Qualifications:

Relevant experience in global compensation function with knowledge of compensation practices
Proven track record of designing pay & equity structures in global, publicly traded companies
Strong Excel/Google suite skills, ability to communicate complex concepts effectively, and experience with HRIS
Experience supporting finance, legal, People Operations, and marketing client groups
Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment
