Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compensation Partner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build strong relationships with various teams to support the design and implementation of global compensation programs
  • Participate in salary surveys, lead the Annual Compensation Review process, and maintain compensation data in HRIS
  • Partner with Finance and Legal teams, stay updated on legal and market topics, and lead compensation-related projects

Qualifications:
  • Relevant experience in global compensation function with knowledge of compensation practices
  • Proven track record of designing pay & equity structures in global, publicly traded companies
  • Strong Excel/Google suite skills, ability to communicate complex concepts effectively, and experience with HRIS
  • Experience supporting finance, legal, People Operations, and marketing client groups
  • Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment
