Job Summary
A company is looking for a Compensation Partner to provide strategic guidance on compensation matters and support business groups.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult with HR and business leaders on compensation policies, market pricing, and job evaluations
- Develop tailored compensation strategies and collaborate on complex initiatives like incentive plans and pay equity projects
- Support the annual compensation cycle and participate in the design and implementation of compensation tools
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field
- Moderate level of relevant experience, preferably in compensation
- Previous experience in Financial Services or knowledge of the insurance sector is preferred
- Extensive analytical skills with advanced knowledge of MS Excel
- Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM or similar cloud-based HCM products is preferred
