Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compensation Partner to provide strategic guidance on compensation matters and support business groups.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consult with HR and business leaders on compensation policies, market pricing, and job evaluations
  • Develop tailored compensation strategies and collaborate on complex initiatives like incentive plans and pay equity projects
  • Support the annual compensation cycle and participate in the design and implementation of compensation tools


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field
  • Moderate level of relevant experience, preferably in compensation
  • Previous experience in Financial Services or knowledge of the insurance sector is preferred
  • Extensive analytical skills with advanced knowledge of MS Excel
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM or similar cloud-based HCM products is preferred
