Job Summary
Serving as a trusted advisor to business and HR leaders, the full-time remote Compensation Partner will consult on compensation needs, implement effective solutions, and analyze data to support business objectives within the Federal Solutions market line.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the annual compensation planning process, ensuring accurate data submission and clear communication with HR leaders
- Conduct salary analyses for senior-level roles and respond to salary equity inquiries, providing impartial recommendations
- Analyze employee salaries for compliance and competitiveness, making actionable recommendations to address identified gaps
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive experience in compensation, preferably in a government contracting or defense environment
- Strong knowledge of the Service Contract Act (SCA) and Davis Bacon Act (DBA)
- Proficiency in compensation tools and job classification systems
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation preferred, or progress toward CCP certification
