Job Summary
Owning a portfolio of global business groups, the full-time Compensation Partner will collaborate with business leaders and HR teams to leverage market data and provide strategic compensation insights while modernizing processes using AI-enabled tools.
Key responsibilities
- Build a deep understanding of supported organizations to proactively identify opportunities, risks, and talent trends
- Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to navigate compensation decisions and make practical recommendations based on market intelligence
- Develop analyses and models to communicate clear options and tradeoffs for compensation strategies
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of progressive compensation experience with consultative, business-aligned solutions
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
- Demonstrated ownership mindset and a track record of driving work forward independently
- Intellectual curiosity and business acumen to identify underlying issues and develop informed viewpoints
- Advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets skills with experience in enterprise HR systems like Workday
