Job Summary
To support a dynamic team dedicated to revolutionizing cloud computing and AI, the full-time remote Compensation Partner will serve as a compensation advisor for Talent Acquisition and People Business Partners, maintaining compensation structures and driving performance compensation cycles.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and People Business Partners on compensation guidance and offer recommendations
- Maintain MarketPay benchmarking tools and conduct internal equity audits to ensure competitive compensation practices
- Program manage annual and mid-year compensation cycles, ensuring timely and accurate merit and equity adjustments
Required qualifications
- Experience advising on compensation matters and partnering with Talent Acquisition
- Expert-level data analysis and quantitative modeling skills using Google Sheets or Excel
- Direct involvement in managing annual compensation planning cycles within a tech or high-growth environment
- Experience supporting global compensation programs across multiple international tech hubs
- CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) certification via WorldatWork is a plus
