Job Summary

To support a dynamic team dedicated to revolutionizing cloud computing, the full-time remote Compensation Partner will serve as a compensation advisor, maintain core compensation structures, and drive annual performance compensation cycles to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Talent Acquisition and People Business Partners on offer recommendations to attract and retain top talent
• Maintain MarketPay benchmarking tools and conduct internal equity audits to ensure competitive compensation
• Program manage annual and mid-year compensation cycles to deliver timely and accurate merit and equity adjustments

Required qualifications

• Experience partnering directly with Talent Acquisition on candidate offers and advising on compensation matters
• Expert-level data analysis and quantitative modeling skills using Google Sheets or Excel
• Direct involvement in managing end-to-end annual compensation planning cycles within a tech or high-growth environment
• Experience supporting global compensation programs across multiple international tech hubs
• CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) certification via WorldatWork is a plus
