Job Summary
As a full-time remote Compensation Partner, the successful candidate will serve as a compensation advisor, partnering with Talent Acquisition and People Business Partners to maintain compensation structures and support performance cycles while ensuring internal equity and market competitiveness.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and People Business Partners on compensation guidance and offer recommendations for non-director level positions
- Maintain benchmarking tools and compensation ranges to ensure external competitiveness across all business units
- Program manage annual and mid-year compensation cycles to deliver timely and accurate merit and equity adjustments
Required qualifications
- Experience in advising on candidate offers and managing compensation planning cycles in a tech or high-growth environment
- Expert-level data analysis and quantitative modeling skills using Google Sheets or Excel
- Experience supporting global compensation programs across multiple international tech hubs
- Exceptional relational intelligence and diplomacy for navigating sensitive pay discussions
- CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) certification via WorldatWork is a plus
