Job Summary

Providing analytical and administrative support, the full-time Compensation Professional will assist in the design, implementation, and administration of compensation programs while working remotely from North Carolina.

Key responsibilities
  • Assist in the administration of compensation programs, including base pay and incentive plans
  • Conduct market pricing and benchmarking analyses using compensation survey data
  • Support job evaluation activities and prepare compensation-related reports for decision-making
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred
  • 0-2 years of experience in compensation, HR analytics, or related HR function
  • Experience with HRIS or compensation management systems is preferred
  • Familiarity with market pricing and compensation analysis methodologies
  • Progress toward Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification is preferred
