Job Summary
Providing analytical and administrative support, the full-time Compensation Professional will assist in the design, implementation, and administration of compensation programs while working remotely from North Carolina.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in the administration of compensation programs, including base pay and incentive plans
- Conduct market pricing and benchmarking analyses using compensation survey data
- Support job evaluation activities and prepare compensation-related reports for decision-making
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred
- 0-2 years of experience in compensation, HR analytics, or related HR function
- Experience with HRIS or compensation management systems is preferred
- Familiarity with market pricing and compensation analysis methodologies
- Progress toward Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification is preferred
