Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compensation Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the planning and administration of the annual compensation cycle for all global employees
  • Conduct research and analysis for new compensation policies and programs
  • Develop clear enablement and communications plans to educate managers and employees on all compensation programs
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in compensation, preferably in a high-growth technology environment
  • Strong understanding of compensation best practices and current trends; international compensation experience preferred
  • Proven analytical skills with in-depth knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Strong knowledge of Workday
