Job Summary
A company is looking for a Compensation Program Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and administration of the annual compensation cycle for all global employees
- Conduct research and analysis for new compensation policies and programs
- Develop clear enablement and communications plans to educate managers and employees on all compensation programs
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in compensation, preferably in a high-growth technology environment
- Strong understanding of compensation best practices and current trends; international compensation experience preferred
- Proven analytical skills with in-depth knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Strong knowledge of Workday
