Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Compensation Programs on a contract basis until January 2027.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Job Levelling process to ensure internal equity and alignment with organizational design principles
- Create materials for senior leadership and facilitate job levelling approval meetings
- Identify opportunities to enhance the Job Architecture program and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
- 8-10 years of experience in compensation, preferably in a multinational environment
- Post-secondary degree in a related field (e.g., finance, HR)
- Strong knowledge of job evaluation methodologies (e.g., Willis Towers Watson, Mercer)
- Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; HRIS experience (Workday preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to consult with senior leaders and manage confidential issues with discretion
