• Assist with project tracking, reporting, and content creation for compensation workstreams

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple deliverables
• Familiarity with MBR/QBR reporting processes
• Proficient in content creation related to compensation materials
