Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compensation Specialist to provide expertise in the development and implementation of compensation programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and evaluate the wage and salary function to enhance compensation services
  • Provide advice on pay decisions and job evaluations, designing creative solutions for compensation-related programs
  • Analyze current pay practices and recommend adjustments to ensure equity and market alignment
Required Qualifications
  • CCP preferred
  • Two to three years of compensation experience is required
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and advanced statistical software (e.g., SPSS)
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills
