Job Summary
A company is looking for a Compensation Specialist to provide expertise in the development and implementation of compensation programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and evaluate the wage and salary function to enhance compensation services
- Provide advice on pay decisions and job evaluations, designing creative solutions for compensation-related programs
- Analyze current pay practices and recommend adjustments to ensure equity and market alignment
Required Qualifications
- CCP preferred
- Two to three years of compensation experience is required
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and advanced statistical software (e.g., SPSS)
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
