Job Summary
Supporting compensation administration and onboarding efforts, the full-time remote Compensation Specialist will manage compensation resources, conduct market research, and assist with onboarding coordination while ensuring alignment with organizational compensation philosophy.
Key responsibilities
- Administer and maintain compensation resources, including pay ranges and job descriptions
- Gather and analyze internal and external compensation data for benchmarking and planning
- Support onboarding coordination and assist with People Strategy & Analytics execution needs
Required qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience or coursework in compensation, human resources, finance, or data analytics
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
- Familiarity with Workday or another HRIS/HCM system preferred
- Understanding of compensation concepts such as pay ranges and job profiles
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
