Compensation Staff Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Accountant focused on compensation.

Key Responsibilities

• Calculate and track commissions, bonuses, and 401K contributions, ensuring timely submission to Payroll
• Prepare journal entries for payroll activity, commissions, and bonus accruals globally
• Reconcile payroll-related GL accounts and prepare analyses related to compensation data

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting
• CPA certification is a plus
• 4+ years of relevant experience as a compensation-focused accountant
• Proficiency in Excel, BI 360, MS Dynamics GP; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
• Strong analytical capabilities
