Key Responsibilities

• Manage the compensation survey cycle from launch to report production, ensuring adherence to milestones
• Conduct client marketing webcasts and job matching sessions to educate clients on survey methodology
• Collect, review, and analyze survey data for accuracy, delivering reports to clients in a timely manner

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of compensation survey experience and knowledge
• Some corporate experience, preferably with a background in Human Resources
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in database management
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel occasionally for survey meetings
