Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compensation Survey Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the compensation survey cycle from launch to report production
• Conduct survey planning meetings and educate clients on survey methodology
• Collect, review, and analyze survey data for accuracy and deliver reports to clients

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of compensation survey experience
• Some corporate experience or a background in Human Resources is preferred
• Proven analytical skills and proficiency with database software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel for survey meetings a few times a year
