Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compensation Survey Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the compensation survey cycle from launch to report production while adhering to milestones
• Conduct client marketing webcasts and job matching sessions to educate clients on survey methodology
• Collect and review survey data for accuracy and deliver reports to clients in a timely manner

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of compensation survey experience
• Some corporate experience, preferably with a background in Human Resources
• Proven analytical skills and proficiency in database software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel occasionally for survey meetings
