Job Summary

Compensation Systems Analyst, a contract position focused on managing the Xactly Incent platform, ensuring accurate incentive compensation calculations, and providing end-user support in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the Xactly Incent platform, including configuration and maintenance
• Ensure data integrity by monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues
• Provide end-user support and assist in testing and implementing new compensation plans

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
• At least 4 years of experience with Xactly Incent or a similar compensation platform
• Strong understanding of incentive compensation models and data governance
• Proficiency in managing large datasets, including data validation and reconciliation
