Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compensation Systems and Domain Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the discovery and validation of customer compensation data
• Collect and configure compensation data during data integrations to enhance customer value
• Drive exceptional job matching and compensation data interpretation while collaborating with the engineering team

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• At least two years of experience in a Compensation role
• Strong understanding of compensation systems, data elements, and databases
• Experience with job architecture and compensation data integration from systems like Workday and SuccessFactors
• Proven track record in customer action, with preference for Compensation Consulting experience
• Expertise in spreadsheet applications (Excel, Sheets)
