Competitive Intelligence Analyst

Job Summary

To support a growing competitive intelligence program, the full-time Competitive Intelligence Analyst will conduct in-depth research on competitors, create actionable insights and materials for sales teams, and leverage AI tools to automate competitive analysis while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Provide tailored support on competitive deals, proactively addressing challenges to ensure success
• Create effective materials such as battlecards and playbooks that are practical and easy to use for sales teams
• Conduct quarterly win/loss analyses to improve competitive conversion rates and share insights across functions

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the cybersecurity market, focusing on data, identity, and cloud security
• 3+ years of relevant experience in sales engineering, competitive intelligence, or product marketing
• Strong technical foundation with the ability to analyze complex systems and provide actionable insights
• Hands-on experience with AI agents and automation, or a strong willingness to learn
• Proven ability to simplify complex technical information into clear guidance and summaries
