Competitive Intelligence Manager

Job Summary

As a Competitive Intelligence Manager, the full-time remote position will manage the Win/Loss program, build AI-assisted research workflows, and serve as a key resource for Sales and Marketing in navigating competitive situations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Win/Loss program, ensuring quality deal coverage and insightful analysis of competitive themes
• Translate findings into actionable sales plays in collaboration with the Sales Enablement team
• Develop and maintain AI-assisted research workflows to enhance competitive monitoring and insight generation

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in competitive intelligence, product marketing, or strategy, preferably in cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS
• Hands-on experience with AI tools for research and analysis, with a focus on prompt engineering
• Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple workstreams while maintaining quality
• Exceptional written communication skills, with the ability to tailor deliverables for different audiences
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
