Competitive Intelligence Specialist

Job Summary

As a Competitive Intelligence Specialist, the full-time remote position will manage the Win/Loss program, build AI-assisted research workflows, and serve as a crucial resource for Sales and Marketing in competitive situations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Win/Loss program, ensuring quality deal coverage and analysis of competitive themes
• Translate insights from Win/Loss data into actionable sales plays in collaboration with the Sales Enablement team
• Develop and maintain AI-assisted research workflows to streamline competitive monitoring and insight generation

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in competitive intelligence, product marketing, or strategy, preferably in cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS
• Hands-on experience with AI tools for research and synthesis, with a strong understanding of prompt engineering
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and meet deadlines
• Exceptional written communication skills, producing clear and structured deliverables for various audiences
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
