Job Summary

To support the development of advanced AI coding models, a part-time Freelance AI Trainer specializing as a Competitive Programming Expert will create algorithmic problems, write solutions in C++ and Python, and design test cases, all while working remotely on a project-based basis.

Key responsibilities

• Write original algorithmic problems with clear statements and sound constraints
• Create both correct and deliberately incorrect solutions to test against, along with comprehensive test cases
• Ensure quality by confirming that correct solutions pass and incorrect ones fail within specified time limits

Required qualifications

• Strong competitive programming background with a public profile on platforms like Codeforces or a record in IOI/ICPC
• Proficiency in C++ (STL, complexity) and comfort with Python
• Ability to explain errors in solutions and create inputs that expose flaws
• Strong written English skills (C1+ level)
• Experience in setting or testing problems for competitive programming contests is preferred
