Job Summary
To support the development of advanced AI coding models, the part-time Freelance AI Trainer will create competitive programming problems, write solutions in C++ and Python, and design test cases while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Write original algorithmic problem statements and their intended solutions
- Create both correct and deliberately incorrect solutions to test code reliability
- Build and validate comprehensive test cases, including edge cases and stress tests
Required qualifications
- Strong competitive programming background with a public profile on platforms like Codeforces or a record in IOI/ICPC
- Fluency in C++ (STL, complexity) and proficiency in Python
- Ability to identify and explain flaws in solutions and create inputs that expose these errors
- Strong written English skills (C1+ level)
- Experience in setting or testing problems for contests is preferred
