Job Summary
To support the development of AI coding models, the part-time Freelance AI Trainer will create algorithmic problems, write solutions in C++ and Python, and design comprehensive test cases, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Write original algorithmic problem statements, solutions, and test cases
- Develop both correct and intentionally incorrect solutions to evaluate AI performance
- Ensure quality by confirming that correct solutions pass and incorrect ones fail within time limits
Required qualifications
- Strong competitive programming background with a public profile or notable achievements (IOI/ICPC)
- Proficiency in C++ (STL, complexity) and comfortable writing in Python
- Ability to identify and explain flaws in solutions and create inputs that expose these errors
- Strong written English proficiency (C1+ level)
- Experience in problem setting or testing for coding contests is preferred
