Job Summary
To support the development of advanced AI coding models, a part-time Freelance AI Trainer specializing as a Competitive Programming Expert will create algorithmic problems, write solutions in C++ and Python, and design test cases, all in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Write original algorithmic problems with clear statements and sound constraints
- Create both correct and deliberately-wrong solutions to test the robustness of AI models
- Build and harden test cases, including edge cases and stress tests, to ensure quality assurance
Required qualifications
- Strong competitive programming background with a public profile or record in IOI/ICPC/national olympiads
- Proficiency in C++ (STL, complexity) and comfort in writing Python
- Ability to explain incorrect solutions and create inputs that expose flaws
- Strong written English skills (C1+ level)
- Experience in problem-setting or testing for competitive programming contests is a plus
