Job Summary

To support the development of advanced AI coding models, a part-time Freelance AI Trainer with expertise in Competitive Programming will create algorithmic problems, write solutions in C++ and Python, and design test cases to ensure the reliability of AI training data, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Write original algorithmic problems with clear statements, sound constraints, and intended solutions
• Develop correct and incorrect solutions to test against, including realistic common mistakes
• Build and validate test cases, including edge cases and performance tests, while ensuring quality standards are met

Required qualifications

• Strong competitive programming background evidenced by a public profile or achievements in IOI/ICPC/national olympiads
• Proficiency in C++ and Python, with a solid understanding of STL and algorithm complexity
• Ability to identify and explain errors in solutions and create inputs that expose these errors
• Fluent written English at a C1 level or higher
• Experience in problem-setting or testing for competitive programming contests is a plus
