Job Summary
To support the development of advanced AI coding models, a part-time Freelance AI Trainer with expertise in Competitive Programming will create algorithmic problems, write solutions in C++ and Python, and design test cases, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Write original algorithmic problems with clear statements and sound constraints
- Create both correct and deliberately-wrong solutions to test against
- Build and harden test cases, including generators and edge cases
Required qualifications
- Strong competitive programming background with a public profile or IOI/ICPC record
- Fluent in C++ and comfortable writing Python
- Ability to explain incorrect solutions and create inputs that break them
- Strong written English proficiency (C1+)
- Experience setting or testing problems for real contests is a plus
