Compiler Engineer

Job Summary

To support the development of LLVM and Clang-based toolchains, the full-time remote Compiler Engineer will analyze requirements, enhance components, and contribute to the LLVM community while collaborating on code generation and optimization.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and design, enhance, and implement components of the toolchain
• Extend open source LLVM and Clang code bases to support client platforms
• Collaborate with the LLVM community and contribute public patches to the LLVM and Clang repository

Required qualifications

• Expert knowledge of C/C++
• Experience in overall design of compilers, code generation, and optimization
• Cross-compilation experience using GCC or Clang
• In-depth understanding of multithreading and object-oriented analysis and design
• Strong track record of building high-performance, production-quality software
