Job Summary
Assisting customers and sales representatives, the full-time remote Complaint Coordinator will log customer issues into the SAP Complaint system, issue call tags and credits, and ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures.
Key responsibilities
- Log complaints into the SAP Complaint system and gather necessary information for resolution
- Issue call tags, sales force notifications, and manage product returns as required
- Follow up on outstanding complaints and maintain compliance with QSR and ISO regulations
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Intermediate skill in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Ability to process and prioritize relevant details effectively
- Experience in customer service preferred
