Job Summary
A company is looking for a Complaint Evaluation Specialist to manage complaint documentation and support regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Track and manage all stages of the complaint documentation process, including reportability determination and data analysis
- Maintain accurate documentation related to complaints and special projects, and support database development for reporting needs
- Assist during audits and train team members on complaint coordination activities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or 3 years of experience in medical device complaint evaluation or vigilance reporting
- Preferred complaint handling experience
- 1-2 years of experience in data management and record keeping in the medical device field or related areas
- Demonstrated technical aptitude and organizational skills
