Job Summary
A company is looking for a Complaint Evaluation Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Track all stages of the Complaint Documentation process including reportability determination, data analysis, and documentation review
- Maintain accurate documentation and files related to special projects, complaints, and lot qualification
- Support database development and assist during audits while training others on complaint coordinating activities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or 3 years of experience in medical device complaint evaluation or vigilance reporting
- Preferred experience in complaint handling and a minimum of 1-2 years in data management within the Medical Device field
- Demonstrated technical aptitude and organizational skills
- Willingness to pursue additional learning and build qualifications in a professional field
- Ability to demonstrate system-level expertise of databases and train on these systems
