Complaint Investigations Technician
Job Summary
To support quality assurance efforts, the contract Complaint Investigations Technician will investigate returned medical devices, troubleshoot issues, and document findings using electronic tools in a hands-on role.
Key responsibilities
- Inspect and troubleshoot returned products to identify issues
- Investigate customer complaints and document results in the complaint system
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintain quality records
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED required
- Technical, Quality, Inspection, or Lab experience preferred
- Medical device/biotech experience is a plus
- Basic electronic troubleshooting knowledge preferred
- Good computer and documentation skills
