Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coach a team to achieve operational goals and ensure high-quality customer interactions

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience

- 2 years of people management experience
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred
