- Conduct investigations of member complaints and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines

Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent required
- Two years of work experience in claims or customer service required; five years in managed care or health insurance preferred
- Proficiency in typing required
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
