Job Summary

A company is looking for a Complaints and Issues Specialist II.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Document and investigate complaints to determine root causes and appropriate resolutions
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of customer issues and maintain compliance
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • 1 - 2 years of related experience required
  • Vocational or technical education may be preferred
  • Experience with Medicare complaints and case work is highly preferred
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively preferred
