Job Summary
A company is looking for a Complaints and Issues Specialist II.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Document and investigate complaints to determine root causes and appropriate resolutions
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of customer issues and maintain compliance
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- 1 - 2 years of related experience required
- Vocational or technical education may be preferred
- Experience with Medicare complaints and case work is highly preferred
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively preferred
