Job Summary
A company is looking for a Complaints and Issues Specialist II.
Key Responsibilities
- Processes customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Documents and investigates complaints to determine root causes and resolutions
- Collaborates with internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High School diploma or GED required
- 1 - 2 years of related experience preferred
- Vocational or technical education may be required
- Experience with Medicare and grievance case work is highly preferred
- Proficient writing skills are highly preferred
