Job Summary

A company is looking for a Complaints and Issues Specialist II.

Key Responsibilities
  • Processes customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Documents and investigates complaints to determine root causes and resolutions
  • Collaborates with internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • 1 - 2 years of related experience preferred
  • Vocational or technical education may be required
  • Experience with Medicare and grievance case work is highly preferred
  • Proficient writing skills are highly preferred
