Job Summary

To support a growing servicing organization, the full-time Complaints Supervisor will drive team success focused on customer satisfaction, improve complaint policy alignment with business strategies, and maintain strong internal relationships while working onsite in Irving, Texas.

Key responsibilities:
  • Drive the team's overall success by ensuring customer satisfaction, accuracy, and efficiency
  • Identify and recommend improvements to complaint policies and operational procedures
  • Maintain understanding of escalation processes and assist agents as needed
Required qualifications:
  • High school graduate; Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Minimum one year of experience in the Customer Engagement department
  • 5+ years of experience with MS Office, including Word and Excel
  • Experience in building and growing a team, preferably in any industry
  • Able to analyze data and extract valuable insights
