Job Summary

Overseeing Personal Umbrella Liability claims, the full-time Complex Claim Director - Personal Umbrella will manage complex investigations and evaluations, ensuring optimal outcomes for clients in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively handle Personal Umbrella Liability claims, focusing on detailed investigation, evaluation, and monitoring of primary carrier activities
• Investigate and analyze complex coverage issues, providing clear and detailed coverage letters as necessary
• Conduct timely and comprehensive investigations into liability and damages to recognize exposures early

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 8+ years of relevant legal or technical claims experience, particularly with large exposure third-party liability claims
• Significant experience with policy limit demands in Florida, Texas, and California
• Proven ability to work effectively with primary carriers and defense counsel
• Extensive knowledge of case law, statutes, and procedures impacting liability claims in Florida, California, New York, and Texas
