A company is looking for a Remote Complex Claim Manager responsible for handling complex general liability claims.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and evaluate general liability claims, including investigation and coverage determination
• Develop and execute litigation plans while managing lawsuits and legal budgets
• Analyze claim coverage with insurance carriers and ensure timely processing of claims

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a concentration in business or equivalent work experience
• Three years of claims handling experience with knowledge of commercial and multi-line claims
• Ability to critically review claim files and make independent decisions
• Extensive knowledge of insurance and claims processes
• Strong organizational and time management skills
