Job Summary

A company is looking for a Complex Claims Advisor - Hybrid.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a complex claim inventory by assessing issues and directing resolution strategies
• Serve as the subject matter expert on complex claim issues within key jurisdictions
• Facilitate collaboration and maintain technical leadership on complex claims to promote quality improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
• Eight years of casualty claims experience or equivalent education and experience
• Three to five years of experience handling complex claims
• Experience in negotiation, mediation, arbitration, or ADR skills on higher value complex claims
• Supervisory experience and specific jurisdictional expertise preferred
