Job Summary

Proactively managing a complex claim inventory, the full-time Complex Claims Analyst will adjudicate intricate customer claims, provide technical leadership, and facilitate resolution strategies while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Strategically assess and manage complex claims issues to achieve optimal resolutions
  • Act as a subject matter expert on complex claim issues for specific jurisdictions
  • Document clear file notes and facilitate collaboration among internal and external resources
Required qualifications
  • 5 years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Professional certification relevant to the line of business preferred
